Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €1,000, whichever is greater.

13. Account Closure and Fund Withdrawal

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately, but provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) in accordance with its arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in German, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hamburg, Germany. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on our Website and update the "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our Website at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
